Transfers with a receive step
Send stock from one warehouse to another, inside a store or from one store to another. The sender gives it up at once and the receiver confirms when it arrives, so stock on the road is never lost in the books. A printable transfer note is ready for the driver.

Counts, corrections and a movement log
Stock in, stock out with a reason (damaged, expired, sample), and a full stock take where you type the counted quantity and only the differences are corrected. Every movement, including sales, purchases and returns, is written to a log with the date, the person and a link to the transfer.

Minimum levels and low stock alerts
Set a minimum for an item in each warehouse. Dukkan Bill lists what is out, critical or low, how much refills it, and which other warehouse has spare stock to send.

Bills move the right warehouse
Sales, purchases, returns and purchase orders received all name the warehouse they belong to, so warehouse stock stays true without manual corrections.

It belongs to the plan that has Multiple Warehouses. Ask the team which plan fits your shops.
Can a stock manager work in only one warehouse?
Yes. Tie a stock manager to one warehouse or to a whole store. He can see, correct and send that stock and receive transfers into it.
Does it work with barcodes?
Yes. The item code is the barcode, and you can print barcode labels in common sheet sizes.
Can I see the stock value?
Yes. Each warehouse and store shows its quantity and stock value at purchase price.
